At Aura X, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at auraxgoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes personal care and skincare devices.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Then contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
