All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within:

- International: 7–15 business days
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors such as high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
It’s important to ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Aura X is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as Aura X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
